2. Booking and Payments

- All bookings must be made through our authorized channels, including our website, phone, or in person.
- Payment is required in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, online payments, and bank transfers.

3. Service Terms

- We will provide services to the best of our ability and in a timely manner.
- Any delays or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Refunds for cancellations made after this period will be subject to our discretion.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

- Hayat Enterprises is not liable for any damages caused by misuse or prior damage to the appliance or system.
- In the event of accidental damage during service, we will repair or replace the affected part within reasonable limits.
- We are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items during the service visit.
